Criminal Law- advice in relation to criminal offences ranging from drink-driving and other traffic offences to serious charges as well as domestic violence orders.
Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates - drafting of powers of attorney, wills and codicils, including testamentary trusts, applications for probate and acting on behalf of executors in the administration of estates. This area also involves acting for parties in testator family maintenance proceedings in the Supreme Court.
Civil Litigation- a wide range of private litigation, ranging from commercial and contractual litigation, taxation issues, debt recovery and negligence.
Property Law- a wide range of matters to include conveyancing
